"We stayed in the room overlooking the courtyard, the woman that checked us in had a great disposition and was very friendly but what cemented my loyalty to this particular hotel was they didn't charge me in early check-in fee that went a long way in regards to my loyalty to certain hotels. I travel quite a lot to Lancaster this will be my forever home July retire from my job! To all the staff thank you for making me feel at home we'll see you soon. Keith Durkee. "Our 2 rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, no hot eggs, but everything else. Coffee, tea, and hot water available into the late night. Pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The best was the staff, they couldn't have been more helpful, professional and polite, as well as engaging in conversation during the slow evening we were hanging around in the lobby and pool area. It was very enjoyable and nothing to complain about. "
