I was yelled at by the property manager because the owner was unsatisfied with the rate i recieved on your website. They were angry because I paid less than what they thought i should have. That being said, i should have paid even less than what i did!! They were so irritated with me that when i stayed the second night, they moved me into a smaller room that looked like it wasnt properly cleaned in quite some time. Never again will i stay there. We will be packing up and leaving in the morning.

I had to call someone to come to the office to check in. The wifi password provided didn't work so we had little cell phone service while there. (I'm a real estate agent so cell service and wifi are important where ever I go.) Overall, the rooms were average. Lighting was poor and the water coming from the faucet smelled funny. Office door was always locked because nobody was on duty. Website advertised breakfast, which was not provided. The mattresses were NOT covered with a bedbug cover. The hard floors and modern furniture were nice, along with the in-room mini fridge. Cheap rates are nice but you get what you pay for.

In the middle of the night you hear the people that LIVE in the motel making so much noise, at 4 in the morning we heard drilling and slamming stuff into buckets… at 9 am we had someone pounding on our door. Not a very pleasant stay.

Customer service was good. However, that is the only positive about this place. This " hotel" and I use the word hotel very loosely, is DESPERATELY in need of major upgrades. The door to the bathroom was so old, they only provided one little half roll of toilet tissue( mind you, its three people in the room) and you had to keep calling to get more. Needed more towels and the room service feature was non existent. I booked a non smoking room but it definitely smelled of cigarette smoke ( very old cigarette smoke). Had a very unpleasant odor. The lobby was dirty and old, the mattress had horrible yellow old stains on it( i dont even want to think what it could be). The complimentary breakfast was a joke, they only had cereal and coffee. Overall, i would not stay here again nor would I recommend this to anyone. Spend a little more for your stay and go somewhere a little bit nicer.

When you arrive you can't get into the office. Someone yells out a window from an upper floor to ask if you are checking in. The 2 rooms we reserved weren't near each other and appearance was totally different. One looked like they tried to remodel and the other is in need of a lot of repair. We were glad we had not reserved for more than one night. Will not go there again.

Not the best I've stayed at but not the worst
When we arrived to check-in, the door to the office was locked, but the staff member, who was in a room upstairs, must have overheard my husband and I talking and he asked us if we were checking in and quickly came downstairs to give us the room key. He was very friendly and courteous. When we first arrived to our room we noticed the disgusting cigarette smell even though our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The smell was unpleasant but not super heavy so I decided to overlook that. My husband was about to put our luggage down on a table when we saw a roach quickly run off from the table. I didnt let him set the luggage down anywhere and said we are not leaving our luggage in this room overnight. I refused to run the risk of taking any roach back to our home. We quickly changed into PJs and took the luggage back into our car for the rest of the night. In the morning we took our clothes out from the car and after shaking our PJs, placed in a plastic bag to then be laundered. I showered as soon as I got home to rid my hair of the cigarette smell from the room. The bed was comfortable and the heater in the room worked well. I didn't notice any stains on the bed and no bed bugs. This place is okay for one night, but certainly not for an extended trip. It served its purpose of providing a cheap place to sleep in for 1 night and it's very close to hersheypark which was the main reason for our trip. The place definitely needs renovations. We didn't stay for breakfast.

Not much renovation being done to this place. Holes in the walls in hallways, broken bathroom fan, stained mattresses, expired food on breakfast area. Staff were friendly but the amount of damage and disrepair make this A place to sleep and not much else.the facilities photos in hotels don’t match what the place really looks like.

The doors do not properly seal. So it was continuously cold in the room. The beds were like bricks. The fan in the bathrrom was so loud you couldnt turn on the light when usung the bathroom. Nothing close for convience. Had to go into town or past it for food or even a quick convience store. It ok for a cheap hotel and maybe a 1 night stay but i wouldnt recomend staying longer.

We inspected the room and found no bugs whatsoever. The only thing that was some cigarette smell as the guest prior to your stay might’ve smoked inside or outside the room leaving the door open. We impose minimum 250 penalty for smoking in the room. I can be sorry to learn how you felt about the place and will do our best to ensure that it does not happen again. Thank you.

The Wi-Fi signal doesn't work. Too far away from the signal. Check-in was locked, and the ring doorbell didn't work. Lots of regular tenants sitting around outside. Hope all is well tonight. The room looks nice.

Smelly and Strange
Very funky place. Room smelled strange, we burned candles the entire time. There was an eerie downstairs/basement connected to our room with the light on, we locked that door. There was a back patio with old flooring and several 10+ old air conditioning units. We could not use the patio area. There were old signs and garbage everywhere. It looks like this place has changed hands and names several times and has not been kept up. It seems like people are living in this hotel, coming and going at all hours of the day and night. Wifi and TV did not work well, I had to use my own hotspot and my own roku. You're situated kind of far from attractions and restaurants in Hershey.

Thank you for posting a review & sharing your experience. Funky sounds pretty odd as we must have rented the room over 100 times this season but not once anyone felt this way. To lit up any sort of candle in the guest rooms are strictly prohibited as it is extremely dangerous. We accept of some old untis of ac untis in the backyard as we installed brand new untis. We are moving them in to storage over the weekend. The basement is a utility room downstairs & had nothing to do with your rental room/ suite. I’m surprised that not a word of appreciation of such a beautiful suit. We would have loved to hear something for sure. Thank you

Economical hotel in Hershey PA
I arrived to find the office locked and had to call number which connected to owner because their bell wasn't working.He and I got well acquainted because the key I was given didn't work and I had to call back and the next morning shower wasn't working. The important part was he responded immediately to get the issues taken care of for me.I was their because it is cheap. It is older but clean. Small pool available didn't see anyone use it.Lot's of families there but it was quiet after 10pm. Animal friendly. They have a fee and must be in crate if you are out of room.My only concern was no one ever available in the office even during the day.

You get what you pay for
The beds were comfortable after having to ask for a blanket and a hair dryer. Rooms were bare bones. At check in had to ring a door bell and wait over 10 minutes for someone to come to give us a room key. Pool was shut down and no breakfast was served. Room service did not change towels or take out trash, we stayed 3 nights.

The room stank of cigarettes and all the owner did to try and resolve it was use some Lysol spray as air freshener and left us the van in case we needed more. He had no other room available to transfer us to so we had no choice but to stay in that room. The rooms are small and the smell of the cigarettes was in the air conditioning and as an asthmatic I could hardly breath or sleep. We packed up in the morning and left. He did mention they fine the previous person $100.00 if they smoke in a room but what about the poor people that book that room afterwards? A can of spray doesn’t fix the problem. If you are a non smoker I would definitely not recommend. Also the bathroom was very old and had dirty marks or stains on the bathtub. The stay was also supposed to include breakfast but when we went to have breakfast at 8.30am there was a sign on the store saying breakfast was closed. He said on check in he had been short staffed but that doesn’t excuse not providing what was paid for.

This was the worst experience ever. I wish I could get a refund. The room has a horrible cigarette/ old paint smell. Pictures are nothing like the room. The beds are not even queen size beds like they advertise. When I went to ask for a queen size room like I had booked the receptionist was very rude; she kept saying its correct. The beds were a standard full size instead. I do not recommend this place at all.

It was convenient to stay in if going to Hershey Park. Check-in was easy & staff were friendly. The parking is very limited & the hotel really needs to be remodeled, as it is very dirty & outdated.

We could not get the wi-fi to work. We called for help but did not get any help. The tv would not connect to the network so we couldn’t use the tv. No one was at the desk when we tried to get help. Thankful we were only there for one night.
