A taste of luxury without the luxury price tag

I was very impressed with my stay. The facilities (hotel, gym & spa) were exceptional & there was plenty of variety at breakfast and lunch (i didn’t sample the food options in the evening). The staff were very friendly & couldn't be more helpful. The pool was always clean but despite the pictures on the website it's difficult to do full lengths & is more of a cool down type of pool. There is frequent themed nights & whilst I was there there was traditional Greek dancing & singers on. The only thing I could fault was the mattress was very hard so took me a few nights to get used to it & get a good night's sleep. I also used the voucher for the a la carte restaurant within the hotel called Elia. The 6 course meal was absolute perfection & the menu contained some of the best food I have ever eaten so you must visit there if you stay. Very luxurious, well worth the money.

The private pool in our room was phenomenal, yet the towel services for the resort were obscure. Also, the large resort pool chairs were always “held” by patrons who never removed their towels which was frustrating as someone who came in after them.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean, with good facilities and enough space for everyone. The food was fresh, with a wide variety to choose from so something for all. Definitely recommend this as a destination.

Das Hotel ist im gesamten sehr sauber. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, es kommt keine lange weile auf. Verbesserungsfähig ist die Zimmerreinigung. Im Bad wird nicht mal der Duschvorleger hoch genommen wenn man ihn liegen lässt. Wenn Kosmetiktücher alle, dann alle. Dabei wäre es ein leichtes diese nachzufüllen. Aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Auf Grund der hervorragenden Bewertungen haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich diese hohen Bewertungen nicht nachvoll ziehen kann. Das Personal war teilweise sehr unfreundlich vor allem bei unserer Ankunft am Hotel. Wir haben nur eine Zimmerkarte erhalten für ein Zweibettzimmer, keine Erklärungen nur die Zettel die sollten wir lesen. Absolut nicht akzeptabel für ein 5* Hotel. Unsere Ankunft war gegen 21 Uhr 15 und da haben wir schon kein Essen mehr bekommen, trott All Inklusive Hotel. Stattdessen wurden uns zwei latschige Sandwichbrötchen mir Chips aufs Zimmer gelegt. Das Essen war teilweise eine Zumutung vor allem das Fleisch, sehr trocken und nicht warm. Die All Inklusive Cocktails werden alle mit minderwertigen Alkoholen und Säften zubereitet, so dass man nach einigen Cocktails sowieso freiwillig darauf verzichtet. Im Allgemeinen waren wir also sehr enttäuscht vom Standard in diesem Hotel und würden auch nicht wieder dorthin gehen.

Bellissima struttura di tutto rispetto per le 5 stelle, unico neo la spiaggia non all'altezza della struttura, compensa comunque con le tre piscine e quelle riservate alle suite. I ristoranti con cucina ottima ampia scelta Lo consiglio vivamente.

The hotel is in a very nice location. One of the swimming pool where we sun bathe most of the time has a nice view of the mountains. The food and drinks are excellent, hats off to the chefs and kitchen staff. Majority of the staff were really friendly especially the bartenders and the waiters. Will recommend this hotel to my fAmily and friends. Crete is a stunning island.

Ein schönes Hotel mit sehr leckerem Essen sowie stetes freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Nur die Zimmer 120 und 130 kann ich weniger empfehlen, weil im Restaurant darüber bis 22 Uhr ständig laut Stühle gerückt werden.

Hôtel très accueillant. Lorsqu'on arrive un employé s'occupe de nos bagages, on reçoit une serviette comme un gant de toilettes pour nous rafraîchir. Personnel à la reception super accueillant tres souriant et parlant même le français. Cadre de l'hôtel avec ses 2 piscines super sympa. La plage a 2 min de l'hôtel. Chambre super bien nettoyées , personnel très souriant et sympa. Franchement j'ai vraiment tout aimé. La nourriture, le cadre le personnel.
