  • Eligio Luxury Residence welcomes you to Gournes Pediados, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests just steps from the sea. The property features two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds—as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Inside, you’ll also find a modern bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, and a small desk ideal for remote work. For your entertainment, there are three Smart TVs in the bedrooms and living room, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.



    Outside, the front yard provides a dining area with lovely sea views, while the private back yard invites you to relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi (naturally heated by the sun), unwind in the lounge by the lawn, or soak up the sun on the loungers.
