"Our stay was excellent. The rooms and various facilities were very clean, the resort staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful. The amenities were great and we had no issues. This resort was extremely family friendly and we enjoyed our all inclusive stay. It made our stay effortless and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The Lyttopia Playground staff were amazing and the entertainment was fantastic. We would stay again and recommend to our family and friends."

"Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel was conveniently situated near many amenities, and we had easy access to transportation, which made it simple to explore the island every day. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room had a lovely side view of the ocean—close enough that we could hear the waves, which made the stay even more relaxing. We noticed that some people had complaints about the resort, which is a shame, because we genuinely felt it offered great value for the price we paid."

"The food was incredible! The staff is amazing, super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back! The only thing that surprised me was the bedding. The sheets were not soft and bedding was super thin. With how nice the resort was I expected something better! "

"Such a beautiful resort with everything you could need, the all inclusive breakfast lunch and dinner buffet had a wide range of food and drink to choose from which was amazing, not to mention a Asian restaurant and a Argentine restaurant to. The resort staff where amazing and very helpful."

"Beautiful hotel, quick transfer from airport and friendly welcome. So lovely to have gifts for the children. Lovely sea view swim up pool. Clean, beautiful view and nice pool. Very clean throughout! Staff always willing to help but more staff needed to serve drinks as often long waits. Would have liked waiter service for swim up rooms. Lots of restaurants and snacks bars. Loved the beach bbq snack bar (kebabs were gorgeous), nice range of Pizza, fantastical waffles & crepier, Pan Asian & Tex Mex our favourite restaurants. Entertainment was ok, could have been more. Great variety of drinks & loved the Easter Sunday celebrations on the beach. Fantastic to be involved. Breakfast was good but would have liked more variety of fruit. Overall had a wonderful holiday. Loved the hotel, would visit again!"

"The property was amazing! The only bummer is the pools are unheated and is a bummer as you cant swim in the water or pools this time of year. I would wish they could at least heat the kid pool."
