Limena's penthouse apartment

It is a very modern new corner apartment at the center of the well known tourist attraction of Limena Chersonissou. The apartment has a sallon , kitchen, 2 bedroms and a bath with very large balconies.It has a very nice view to the sea and its distance from the nearest beach is around 170 m.
It is near to all the cafe of Chersonissos , the night clubs , pitsa houses souvenir shops and especially is inside the night life of the area with a variety of different stores.
The distance of the airport and harbour of Heraklion is about 30klm , and also the spot is suitable for excursions in the hinterland of Heraklion and near to Mallia and Agios Nikolaos.
The neighborhood is very guiet and suitable for relaxing and refreshing so no partys are permitted.
No animals are allowed in thw apartment and the quiet hours strictly are 3-5:300 and 11:00- 7:30.
