Our stay for our honeymoon was amazing. The staff upgraded us to the most incredible room, and every single staff member is extremely kind and friendly. The all inclusive food was delicious and plentiful. Staff helped us set up taxis and direct us around. We came at the very end of tourist season, so it was exactly the quiet yet adventurous trip we were looking for.

Lovely Trip

My best friend and I went for a girls trip and had the best time. Though there was an initial mix up on arrival where our room had been given to someone else, they were quick to offer an even better alternative. The room was clean and the private jacuzzi was worth all the money. Location was fantastic and the spa services were great.

Great hotel in an ideal location. Staff were excellent and helpful. Felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was good, woth plenty of options. The dinner offerings both inclusive and from the menu was delicious. Only real complaint was that the room hot tub did not maintain its heat very well and shut off often, losing water temperature.

The hotel is very well maintained. For guests needing a lift, be aware it is small and slow. The food provided very good and fresh,. The location is ok, typical tourist area. Near other places to eat and drink and supermarket, ATM's, bus routes. If you like the beach, be aware this is limited on this part of the coast and steps down from path above. Reception, restaurant and cleaning team all very good. Bar staff mostly good except for the afternoon member of staff, who was on occasion rude/sarcastic. A restful stay overall.

Had an amazing weekend at Palmera! Check in staff was kind and efficient. The bar staff was not attentive, I was often ignored but it didn’t bother me too much as I wasn’t in a hurry. Unfortunately, there were many extra charges and add ons that I was not made aware of. Many guests and I complained about the fact that we paid for all inclusive, yet most things were not included. A bit disappointed about that, a simple note on the property details would have sufficed. Regardless, the food was delicious and the vibes were great! The kitties were my favorite part! I would come back, but only after April 1st, when everything opens for the season.

Had a huge problem getting a good night's sleep due to the thin walls and then sliding glassdoors.. or maybe it was just the walls around the sliding glass doors don't know. Very noisy until three in the morning almost every night... People across the alley on the balcony from me love their hot tubs late at night after partying. I could hear hangers being removed from the room next door that's how the walls are. Other than that I loved the cleanliness and everything else about it servers or fabulous, food was great.

The hotel is very good. Excellent location. The breakfast was excellent. It had a little bit of everything. All facilities were always clean and air-conditioned. Staff were polite and always served us with a smile and attention. Highlighting a very tall young man who worked at breakfast and whose name I unfortunately forgot but was always in a very good mood and tried to talk to each guest with great respect. The receptionist, a lady, was also very friendly and kind. I had a problem at check in because I didn't receive the room I had booked, but the manager recognized the error and kindly moved us to the appropriate room, placing an extra bed for my daughter, which I really appreciated. I also liked the luggage storage system after check out because the hotel provides a bathroom so you can take a shower before heading to the airport. What I didn't like was the pool being too small for the size and category of the hotel. The pool being closed in the morning until breakfast is finished at 10:30 and in the evening at 6pm with a heat of 38 degrees is completely a no go. Another even worse thing was not having water when I woke up. Anyone who woke up after 8 couldn't take a shower, go to the bathroom or even wash their face and that for me and most of the guests was terrible. We had to fill water bottles the day before if we wanted to at least wash our faces before breakfast. I wouldn't give this hotel 4.5 stars. I would have to improve a lot to continue in this category.
