Good location for use of the facilities at Star Beach. Apartment was clean but out dated & we only had 2 rings to cook on in a self catering apartment, we also had no kettle.

Very convenient

It was very nice staying at this place. The staff is very friendly. The place is simple to stay in, with no huge constraints nor many rules to follow. We enjoyed it and felt relaxed. The location was also good and close to many activities, like beaches restaurants supermarkets, and so on. I would go back definitely.

the place lookeked very poorly! my husbend and i didn't stay there and i wish i didn't pay in advanced! we looked for a difrent hotel for a long time and i would like to get a refund for what i paid. the hostes by the way were tariblle!

De ligging en het zwembad was goed. Het echtpaar van de accommodatie was super vriendelijk en zeer betrokken bij de gasten. Gemoedelijke sfeer. Inrichting was gedateerd en had wat schoner gemogen. Maar dat was bij boeking al duidelijk en daar was de prijs ook naar. Voor ons geen probleem.

Manque de petits appareils électroménagers dans la mini cuisine ( juste 2 plaques de cuisson) ... pas de cafetière, ni four, ni micro-ondes.... Literie inconfortable ... pas de téléviseur... pas de vue mer ... salle de bain minuscule... photos du site non conformes à la réalité ! Le point positif est le changement des draps et serviettes ...

Vacanza a Creta in piena libertà. Appartamento e auto , ottima combinazione. Di fronte all'appartamento c'è un fornitissimo supermercato e un ottimo ristorante. Vicino ad una strada importante e al mare .

Nice basic apartments, on the edge of town.

Lovely family run apartments - the owners being very welcoming and helpful Cleaned daily / fresh towels and beds changed regularly. Nice clean pool - a bit cool in October, but you soon warm up!

返金不可プランだったのでチェックアウトが待ちどうしかった

103号室に二食付きプランで3泊しました 室内　エアコンはあるが、暗くて狭くベッドルームに窓なし。バスルームは超狭くシャワーを浴びるとトイレの便器やトイレットペーパーもべちゃべちゃになります 食事　夕食は量が多くて美味しいですが、10:00からと遅い時間から始まる朝食はまずまず 環境　近所に馬の何かの施設があるらしく、そこから糞尿の匂いが漂ってくるのと、近所のバーやホテルから大体午後から夜まで大音量のディスコミュージックが鳴り響き、とにかくうるさいです。近所のビーチまでは徒歩10分ほどですが、狭いエリアにレンタルチェアー(チェアー二台と傘で9ユーロ）がぎっしりで、持参のマットでくつろげる十分なスペースがありません アクセス　空港からバスで25分くらい片道一人3.3ユーロで、バス停はアパートの目の前に止まります 総合　そもそも静かな環境でくつろぎたい方には他のエリアがおすすめ。夜までどんちゃん騒ぎをしたい若いカップルにはヘルソニッソス自体、良い場所なのかもしれません

Apartment near to the beach

It is a nice place to be with childern, because of the pool. There are three or four beaches to go. smal but very clean and very fine to swim and play. The rooms in the Apartments are realy old but mostly clean. wlan doesn't work good, so this is a big Problem especially for teenies The supermarket is just on the other side of the street. The hosts are friendly but not cordial, so it is a littlebit clinical.

lugar descuidado no apto para el descanzo

camas duras, los zancudos no nos dejaron dormir, el ruido de la bomba de la piscina no nos dejó dormir, no había wifi, las llaves de la ducha estaban en mal estado, la cortina de la ducha no cubría lo suficiente, mojaaba todo el baño, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien.
