"Wir bekamen erst am späten Nachmittag vor dem Anreisetag die Checkin-Infos, obwohl wir in der Woche vor der Anreise den Vermieter drei Mal schriftlich kontaktiert haben und um kurzfristige Klärung/Rüchinfo baten.Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass der Zylinder der Hauseingabgstür defekt war. Der Schnapper war auf "auf" gestellt. Somlt, falls jemand den Türschnapper auf "zu" stellt, wir nicht mehr ins Haus gekommen wären.Des Weiteren wurde groß mit NETFLIX geworben, was nicht funktionierte....

"Das Nuki-System an der Tür war nicht korrekt angebracht. Es war eher Glück, dass sich die Tür überhaupt öffnen ließ. Bei einem der Fernseher fehlte die Fernbedienung, sodass er nicht benutzt werden konnte. "I asked for a room clean about 9 o’clock one morning so I went out and do some stuff to stay away, but I need to go back to room about 12 o’clock and they had cleaned it then which was around 3 hours but they said book cleaning in morning but it was done by next I came back. Other wise everything was good and clean and like every premier Inn ."

"It’s a budget hotel, but it’s done well. Everything works as intended, I didn’t have to contact anyone during my entire stay, it was clean, minimalistic, and offered exactly what it should; a cheap and reliable place to stay. The whole process from check in to check out is handled remotely, there is no reception desk or staff physically on hand, but everything worked perfectly fine and I found it to be a seamless experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an affordable and reliable place to stay for a few nights, also, there’s a good grocery store on the doorstep of the building."
