We were extremely happy with our stay at Ramada Encore, staff were extremely friendly and accommodating from the moment we checked in. Room was clean, amenities easily assessed and well taken care off. Only bad thing about our stay was it didn’t last longer! My kids especially loved the pool and spa area.

This was the perfect choice for our stay in Hervey bay. Close to the trips and pickup points. The room or should I say apartment was perfect for us. We managed to do all our laundry and get it dry on our last evening. We checked out and sat around the pool whilst waiting for our airport transfer and had a cheeky last dip. We also had a breakfast on our last day and this was brilliant. We filled up for the day and the choice was great. Thank you for making our stay perfect.

Our 2br unit was fantastic. Was really well appointed, comfortable and spacious. Would definately stay here again. Loved thw ping pong table and pool/bbq area too.

A safe and spacious townhouse with plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Comfortable beds and lounge. Supplies and utensils are basic. Guests should bringing their own detergents and toiletries.

Very disappointed. Hope this place because it had a pool and a spa. Nowhere on the website or booking conditions or any email did they inform me that the pool and spa are currently under renovations made disappointing trip particularly book this place for the extra large size pool.. Unit was perfectly spacious. Did have any internal laundry which was great after travelling for quite a few days units a little out of town about a 20 minute walk to town close to Marina and cafes though. Would’ve appreciated a heads up for some sort of communication regarding the pool be closed and even an offset of some sort of credit towards the booking.

Nice apartment ,shame about the shower

Stayed for 3 nights in a really nice apartment with individual touches , nice furnishings the only down side was the shower. It was over a small bath that was not very wide making it awkward to wash properly. If the bath/shower was replaced with a walk in unit the Apartment would tick all the boxes.

The first apartment they put us in had a shower over bath. This is not acceptable because of my medical conditions and they did assure us that we had a walk in shower. They put us in another apartment which was quite good. Then we had to move to another suite for the last night so most of our last day was moving to another building.

Cleaners need to up their game!!!

Overall the place was good, had my own carport space to park under which is great. Apartment was a decent size. Only thing I’ll fault is the cleaning. My toilet wasn’t cleaned. The was 💩 on the side and it needed a good scrub. I had to go out and get something from Woolies to clean it. When you’ve done a long drive the last thing you want to do is clean the toilet in your room you’re paying good money to stay in…

The unit was nice and spacious. However, the noise from above unit was not ideal and when you sleep in a different bed, you expect it to be comfortable (as this is the most important thing). The bed was absolutely horrible. Both my husband and I had sore backs from the experience. Shame, because the unit was a great size and the pool area was great too,
