"The staff were extremely helpful and responsive. When there was a need for something, they jumped on it immediately. I had an issue with the hot water on my initial room. They immediately addressed it. I also very much enjoyed the breakfast. It was more than ample. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area."

"Upon our arrival apartment did not look like it was cleaned, floor still had stains,  balcony glass sliding doors was all dirty. They claimed because it was raining the day before, we arrived late in the afternoon on a sunny day. They offered to clean the apartment the next day in the evening, but we did not want for anyone to start cleaning while we live in there.  we only would have had 2 more days left to stay.  On our arrival there were no towels, no toilet papers, no garbage bags and no...
