"we’ve stayed in this hotel numerous times for the past several years. The hotel is clean and staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially those at the front desk and lobby. We happened to have dinner at Jade River one night and noticed the service has been greatly improved, since we’d a very bad experience last time we tried their tasting menu, especially the server named Likhung, if my memory serves me correctly, serviced at a level above and beyond our expectations.
