Good quality

Very nice and quite neighborhood but the only thing that don’t look too good on the the property is the effect you do have homeless issues and they stick around all night line it looks that don’t do anything bad but just to see them outside that’s not good

The only thing I didn't like were the pillows were not comfortable and the bathroom faucet was leaking a little.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I don’t usually book anything less than a Marriott property, but I let my wife talk me into this hole after she’d allegedly had a good experience with Motel 6 in Winslow, AZ, which did not end up being the case in ol’ “Victimville, CA,” first the attendant claimed not to be able to find my reservation, then claimed it was for a smoking room, which it was not and I was able to prove by pulling up my reservation on my phone, then I was charged a $50 deposit on a room I pre-paid for, the parking lot and elevators were filled with pot smoke at all times, the hallways smelled like a nursing home (bleach and human waste,) our “non-smoking” room smelt like an ash tray, cigarette burn holes in the window shade, the hvac unit was yellowed, tv buttons were broken, no lamps, no outlets, no usb ports, french doors for the bathroom that didn’t even lock, constant booming from the floor above kept my family from sleeping and this is the first hotel I’ve ever been to that seemed to have to employ full time foot patrol, super sketchy. I’d never stay here again, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else did either. I travel to the victor valley area every couple weeks to visit family and I’ll be taking my business to the courtyard across the street from now on.

Had to leave and then return to check in because counter person was “on lunch”. Was asked to return in 20 minutes. Came back 40 minutes later and had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to show up behind the counter
