  • Our 7 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home featuring endless hot water, attached two car garage and 2.5 acre yard including a private playground and fire-pit, is perfect for large groups including family reunions, sports teams, school field trips, corporate retreats and hunting and fishing enthusiasts. Spacious driveway provides plenty of free parking for all.

    We are centrally located to many popular locations in The Four Corners Area.
    - Historic Downtown Durango and The Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad

    - La Plata Canyon for hiking, waterfalls and fishing

Amazing!

This beautiful home was perfect for our big family vacation! We skied in Purgatory and spent time in Durango. Perfect location and there was plenty of room for all of us ranging from 4 months to 65 years old! The basement was awesome for the kids and the kitchen had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back next year!

First family trip using a VRBO and we had a great experience, plenty of space for 8 adults and 6 children under the age of 6yrs with additional rooms to spare. The kids had a blast, the property manager Connie was great, the house was beautiful, would definitely recommend!

Amazing Place to Stay

I would definitely stay here again. Enough beds and bathrooms for all 17 of us. Everything you could possibly need was provided for us. Well stocked kitchen!! The kids enjoyed the yard and played outside in the playhouse and on the swings. The toys and games in the basement were a plus!! We loved playing ping pong!!

Family Fun

We had a lot of family coming and going. There was space for all of us. The house was located close to a lot of fun activities that kept us all entertained. We enjoyed being able to come back to the house and relax in between all of our adventures.

This house was giant and had great conversation areas. We were here with extended family we don't often see and it was a great background for catching up. It is far from any stores so be prepared to come prepared. People liked the mattresses but not the pillows, my pillow seemed fine. I wish we could have stayed longer there are some fun outdoor spaces that we didn't get to enjoy. Everything in the kitchen worked well. We didn't cook any meals so I'm not as sure what they had and what they didn't as far as cooking utensils, pans etc..

Great house for our 20!

Flawless. What an amazing property for our four families! Traveled from Dallas, Abilene, and Lubbock for skiing and experiencing Durango. Chose this location for the plains instead of the near mountains so we might miss the snow but have it near by. Played in Hesperus, skied in Pergatory, and shopped and ate in Durango. And Connie was the best hostess ever!

Durango Train Ride

We had a family of 20 going to Durango to ride the train to Silverton. This house was perfect! About 19 miles to Durango but a nice drive. The host thought of everything this was the best stocked house we’ve stayed in. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. Our twenty had plenty of room and we loved the rustic furniture. We would highly recommend for a large group.

Great place

We got this place because of the price and space. It delivered. We had plenty of space and it was well worth the value. I would even call it a deal! The owners were prompt with any questions. It is a good location to do Durango, Mesa Verade, Silverton. The one day it snowed, some of our party went south to avoid it and enjoyed the day in near by Aztec. Would definitely stay here again as we loved the area and are already trying to figure out when we can come back.

Clean accommodations between Durango and Mesa Verde

My sister and I came with our families. We came with babies and young children. The house was very comfy and offered places to lounge and play games and be together. It's a short 20+ min drive into Durango and 30+ min drive over to Mesa Verde. The hosts have been quick to respond regarding lost items. Loved their messages all over the house explaining the expectations written in a light hearted and fun manner. We loved our visit to this part of the country. Thank you!!!

As one of the worn out matriarchs of this group of 20+, my favorite experience was the jetted tub in the master suite! It's HUGE and wonderful! The open kitchen and spacious layout allowed our group to spread out and come together. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the monster grill~nice firepower! The patio and huge yard was great for the little kids to run off all their energy while the adults relaxed. Plenty of screens for young and old; the teenagers and young adults loved the gameroom~an excellent bonus for all. Communication was great and we kept it simple. 5 star stay at a beautiful, spacious sturdy home with quality furniture, bedding and thoughtful appointments. Well organized and not cluttered.

Family Reunion

We enjoyed our stay overall. The backyard was a nice space for our extended family to gather, but it was a little awkward having a video camera out there watching us the whole time. We had difficulty cooling the basement to a comfortable temperature in July. The trash was overflowing because it didn't get picked up the week before. Some of the rooms were a little cramped with the sloping ceilings.
