The air conditioner started to stop working just before we left, not enough sockets to plug up devices and watch tv. Ride to and from airport was $20, which we were not informed of and it was only 2-4 miles from airport"

"My family and I had an excellent week enjoying all of the beauty the Hermitage Jewel had to offer, from the pool, to the views from the deck and every room of the house, and with the birds and lizards hanging out with us throughout the day. The house manager, Tamara, was wonderfully welcoming, personable and a great host. She arrived every morning to cook us a delicious breakfast (she makes the best scrambled eggs!) and blend some fresh fruit smoothies. She gave great recommendations for things to do and helped coordinate some amenities for us. She makes sure the home is well cared for, and goes out of her way to make it more comfortable. It was a great week to spend exploring, relaxing and decompressing in a luxury “treehouse” feeling home on beautiful St. Lucia! "
