"For what I paid I was shocked to see the state of the property. The pool had not been cleaned in quite some time. We told the staff, they would not come out to clean it. The next morning I spoke to there manager upon check out at 7 am and her response was, "I work night shift so it's dark out when I'm here." It was bright at that time so what a poor excuse on why you think you shouldn't maintain the property. The blinds in our room were all tore up on both sides. The safe was still locked. Called the front desk who had to have maintenance call us to walk us through on how to reset it. Their juice machine was broken for breakfast but they did replace it with the small hospital like juice containers. The elevator inspection was expired by two years! Their breakfast was decent and besides the blinds being broken the room was clean."
