"For what I paid I was shocked to see the state of the property. The pool had not been cleaned in quite some time. We told the staff, they would not come out to clean it. The next morning I spoke to there manager upon check out at 7 am and her response was, "I work night shift so it's dark out when I'm here." It was bright at that time so what a poor excuse on why you think you shouldn't maintain the property. The blinds in our room were all tore up on both sides. The safe was still locked. Called the front desk who had to have maintenance call us to walk us through on how to reset it. Their juice machine was broken for breakfast but they did replace it with the small hospital like juice containers. The elevator inspection was expired by two years!
Their breakfast was decent and besides the blinds being broken the room was clean."
"Property was ideal for us and our pups. The house was very comfy, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Short walk to the river and all amenities. We had a blast."
"This place is God awful!!!!! Shower had caked on dirt, the sink wouldn’t drain, the tv is from 1980, and the wi fi doesn’t work. If you can afford to stay somewhere else I recommend you do that instead of staying here"
"Been staying here for over 10 years, lately is either the pool or the spa not working. The staff used to be very nice, friendly. Lately we only see grumpy ladies that seem to feel miserable working there. There was a young girl who helped us with check in and was very nice. The rest, very rude very unprofessional. I am ready to change my stay to a different hotel."
"The breakfast is fantastic! The bed springs are pretty squeaky and the beds are a little hard but we slept okay (it’s a good place to stay on a late night drive after Disneyland or a late night drive to Disneyland). The showers have some red mold which is not my favorite, our last time staying there the room didn’t have that. Truly the breakfast is the shining star of this hotel!"
"Cute old-west cabin. Quiet neighborhood with a sky full of stars. The property was nice and clean and the host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. "
"The pool and hot tub area were OK, a little cool on the latter. The fridge they had worked, but no ice or ice trays included. Bring your own trays. Make sure you go to the exact address, KOA park is close by. We couldn't find any towels at first, then found them in the closet when we were leaving - oh well. Also, the WiFi/TV connection did not work at all, even when we used their included info."
