  • Discover this 3-bedroom lake house gem with dock in Hiawassee. This lovely cottage offers a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a double twin bedroom. There are mountain lake views from every room and a full front glass sunroom is magical to share the peaceful, gorgeous scenery. Private dock with 1 covered boat slip and side deck for fishing, swimming, and boating is only 321 steps away. It is perfect for families or small groups. Guests enjoy two full bathrooms, each featuring a shower and one with bathtub for a relaxing stay. The living/dining/kitchen open floorplan space feels festive and cozy with a large TV over a gas fireplace, as well as central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round. Outdoors includes a gas grill as well as a firepit with a swing on/off grill for cooking over a wood fire option. The deck wraps around three sides with a large, and covered side porch to have an outdoor view with coffee or evening drinks. A deer might wander up to join you in the mornings. Enjoy fishing, swimming, or sitting on the dock, or taking your boat, paddleboard, or kayak out off of the dock.
