"The breakfast omelets were really good. The hotel was quiet. Fast food in walking distance (KFC) and the staff was very friendly. Room was clean. "

"One of the chairs in the room was chewed up from a dog possibly, there was a huge cobweb by the window and a cockroach was on the shower curtain"

"Hot tub didn't seem clean, wasn't very hot, and was up behind the family's house, awkwardly close. Pool wasn't open, the shower didn't work one morning and the ladder to the bedroom loft was missing when we arrived. There weren't enough warm blankets for 3 people. The property and surrounding neighborhood are full of junked cars, and junk. There are a couple of rented trailers and run-down buses around the tiny house. The place smelled very strongly of toxic chemicals when we arrived. It is accessed down a long bumpy dirt road. "

"It's a nice decent Inn, you get what you pay for! Cleanliness is good, but the rooms are very small and congested. Staff and house keeping is great. The most annoying thing is their keys! They're pretty old and outdated, so you won't have access by the time you're back in the evening. You have to get it changed , we had to do basically do it every day. And we were not alone. All the guests we met had same issues. Breakfast is decent. "

"Hotel staff was extremely nice. The hot breaksfast was very good and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place. If i ever need to come back to Oroville, I'd stay here again."
