Very Clean & Comfortable

Main Level: living room, half bath, laundry, eat-in kitchen.
Upper level: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, desk/chair. Blackout shades.
Exterior: patio

We furnished this unit like we would if we were living there. Very comfortable & sturdy furniture. Comfortable mattress, super soft linens, sheets & towels. Kitchen stocked with what you need for making great meals. New as of January 2024: LVP flooring, interior paint, 1 king & 1 queen bed, Smart TV (2), rugs, washer/dryer, LED light fixtures. Located near Catawba Valley Med. Ctr, Frye Regional Med. Ctr, LRU, Downtown Hickory & shopping.
