Basic hotel

As many reviewers have mentioned, it's a five story building with no working elevators al you'll have to carry your bag up the stairs. The shower has a translucent panel and opens to the room so it may be inconvenient if you are sharing a room with someone other than your spouse. Towels are pretty worn out and there is no bar at the hotel. Other than that, location is good, rooms were clean and breakfast was great.

Terrible; No elevators service, we were in a 4th floor, we're senior citizen, we had to use stairs several times, no ice machines or dispensers at all, a/c unit to noisy in the room, overall from 1 to 10. 3

Hotel agradable con muy buena ubicación

El hotel satisfizo todo en general, la ubicación muy buena, los servicios igualmente muy bien, el desayuno rico y en general todo estuvo muy bien, solo un detallito, la temperatura de la alberquita es baja.

No elevator working

Everything was great food, location and room, only bad thing is no elevator and we had to go up 4 sets of stairs, no bellboy nothing, that in itself would be a deal breaker for future business with this property, great thing was the town and the breakfast.

le pondría mas atención al desayuno

Todo estuvo excelente, solo el desayuno siento que se relajan en eso, debería haber pan dulce, por lo menos 2 variedades de combinación de huevo y que estuvieran al pendiente cuando se acaba el jugo, siento que solo ponen el bufette y ya no checan que se va ofreciendo en el transcurso del desayuno; es decir, hasta las 10 tener todo bien y suficiente. LA ALBERCA NO ESTABA LLENA PARA PODER USARLA!!!!!

Muy bonito, algo caro para la zona, muy mal que el elevador no servia y mel dieron habitación en 3er piso, así que cargale con todo y maletas hasta arriba, el personal muy amable, bien en general, pero tache por el elevador:(

5 story hotel without an elevator.

Learned from management that elevator has not been operational since opening day. Our room was on 4th floor and staff helped carry luggage. Room had a very strong burnt plastic odor from sun damaged shades. Nice hotel - very sad situation.

Mucho por mejorar

La única razón por la que el hotel se encuentre ahorita en buenas condiciones, es porque está nuevo, y aún así, el elevador no funciona. El personal dijo que tiene así ya muchos meses. Tuve que subir a mis hijas a un tercer piso dormidas, una por una. El desayuno, un desastre, pues el bufete no contaba con alimentos, y esperamos todos los comensales hasta 40 minutos para que surtieran huevo, pan, frijoles. En la hora y media que estuve en el restaurant no surtieron ni una sola vez jugo. A las 3:30 de la mañana entraron unos desconocidos a mi habitación, les programaron sus llaves con mi habitación. Yo estaba con mi esposa e hijas. Una situación muy incómoda y alarmante.
