"Check-in was easy and quick. Rooms have been recently renovated and were clean. Minor issues with no water from bathroom faucet. Beds are comfortable and clean. Pool was closed for the season, which is strange considering it's the start of summer."

"This was a lovely well-kept place to stay while visiting Granbury for a funeral. Kevin was an excellent host. We especially loved sitting in the beautiful backyard chatting in the late afternoon, accompanied by breezes and birdsong. Thanks Kevin."

"The staff was very friendly, and check in was quick. The room was extremely clean, including the beds, bathroom and shower. Breakfast was excellent, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, oranges and apples, bread, bagels, mini muffins, coffee, orange juice, scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy! I'd also like to mention that this day's in was repainted on the outside and inside, and all the rooms are in the process of being upgraded. We were in one of those upgraded rooms, which included new furniture and new beds."

"Room was clean, was overpriced for one night. Reserved scenic view. It was a partial view of lake with part roof top/AC equipment. Paid over $400 for a standard room. "
