"An outstanding hotel in every respect. The Drury sets the gold standard for business travel and is an excellent example of how a hotel should be operated. The property is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, and every aspect of the guest experience reflects a commitment to quality and service. Bay Pointe Inn
10/10 Excellent
"The location was right on the lake with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit on the cooler evenings. The towels at the pool were so convenient. Our room did not have a microwave and the beds were not that comfortable. Overall, a very relaxing place to stay."
Holiday Inn Grand Rapids - South by IHG
8/10 Good
"Our original room's shower did not work and we had to change rooms. The ice machine on our floor did not work as well. Staff was nice and quick to get our room changed due to the non-working shower. Breakfast selection was large and food was good."
