"During our stay, one of the towels in our room was not clean and had a strong odor, which I unfortunately only discovered after showering and using it. The garage entrance is also extremely narrow, requiring side mirrors to be folded when entering and exiting. After checkout, when retrieving our vehicle, my wife briefly stepped forward to help fold the mirrors (which automatically unfolded when the engine started). The parking attendant repeatedly shouted “No! No! Out! Out!” at her, even after she had already stopped and was trying to explain what she was doing. I understand there may be safety or liability policies regarding access to the garage, but the way this situation was handled felt unnecessarily aggressive and left us with a negative impression at the end of our stay."

"Rooms cannot adjust air conditioning temperature. The rooms are operated by central system where indoor temperature is based on outdoor temperature. "

"Located right across from the train station, it is within walking distance to major sights and shopping."

"Clean, spacious room. Large bath, separate toilet. Best location: one block from Morioka Station, in the other direction are shopping and restaurants street, castle ruins, red brick building, park. Excellent breakfast buffet to start the day."

"Staff are very friendly and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Room is ordinary but it's generally clean and tidy. Breakfast is very nice with lots of food variety and much local produces are included. One down side of hotel is that it doesn't have under cover and secure parking with only limited numbers of street spaces available."

"Older hotel with very small rooms. The staff was a mix with some pleasant and some others unhelpful (when asked to call taxi, one of them refused to help us and even stopped another staff who was willing to help us)."
