Property was clean and the room we got was large enough that our family of 4 didn’t feel like we were constantly in each others way or anything. Location was good. Plenty of options for food and drink. A large donqi was about a 5min walk away and a small shopping center, both right next to hop street. But if you’re planning on spending more time around shinjuku and/or shibuya it’s quite far, which unfortunately is what we did.

"Only stayed in that hotel one night before returning to US. Room was extremely small, the size of walking closet. Access to the main attraction, The Godzilla head, was closed for whatever reason.
