Liked availability for <1wk rental, proximity to main road & host was incredibly responsive. Kids liked the train set. Didn't like that WiFi is advertised but not provided. No cable and the TV/VCR/DVD only worked sometimes. Ceiling water stains in EVERY room. Torn linens and damaged counters/furniture. Something was melted in the dryer so was concerned to use it. No towels provided. Advertises that sleeps 10 but no (glad we didn't need that many beds). The key does NOT work to the second building. Host said it sticks, but I tried multiple times and couldn't get it to work (meaning we could only use 1 of the bathrooms). My husband was able to get the lock to work 1x. Smelled of mildew and carpet always felt damp. Kiddos said they felt uncomfortable staying there - one tripped on a pipe in the ground (almost breaking their toe). There was dirty laundry in the yard and beer cans in the fire pit. Patio cushions were filthy. Could be "charming", but needs some TLC.
