Don't judge this place by outside appearances

The rooms are generous size, bed was very comfortable and rooms have been nicely decorated and updated recently. There is a laundry in the basement to do your washing/drying. When we drove up the building looks really sad on the outside but once inside the rooms are clean, spacious and there is a full kitchen to cook. Bathrooms are nicely updated and I'd rate the interior as better than the average 3 Star hotel. All this place needs is to improve the outside so that it doesn't look like a seedy hotel because it defiantly isn't. I would definitely stay there again and would choose this place over a hotel room. It isn't right in town so you will need a car to get to/from other places in Marshall.

Room was clean and nicely appointed. Dinnerware and appliances were good with the exception of the coffee maker. Mattress and pillows were average. Shower head and tub faucet need immediate replacing. Unacceptable calcium build up on the shower head with limited range of motion. Rooms also need iron and ironing board.
