9.2/10 Wonderful! (421 reviews)
FROM THE FIRST DAY OF OUR ARRIVAL UNTIL THE END OF OUR TRIP (10 NIGHTS) THE STAFF WERE VERY ATTENTIVE AND EAGER TO HELP. DESPITE OUR ROOM BEING EXACTLY WHAT WE ASKED FOR WE DECIDED THAT WE DID NOT WANT THE GROUND FLOOR AFTER ONE NIGHT AND NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM WE WERE MOVED IMMEDIATELY TO THE FIRST FLOOR WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW. WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER SERVICE IN ANY OF THE DEPARTMENTS.

Great customer service from Saif of the front desk upon check in.
Room was fabulous, shower had great water pressure and ample of hot water.
Beds were comfortable and all round a great stay. Highly recommended for staying near Yas Island and the theme parks.
