"The staff were amazingly nice and helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The hotel was also in the perfect location. My only complaint is the fees. I had to pay extra for a 3rd person to stay in my room with double beds. I also had to pay $20 for that 3rd person to have a chair down at the ocean, and then it cost $30 to use an umbrella for all us. All that should already be included in the resort fees."

"Overall, a great stay! A few things that were ehh was the iguana poop by the pool and the hotel room door- our room door (615) was impossible to open without body slamming it each and every-time. The breakfast buffet was delicious! The lunch spot was okay- alittle expensive for mid food. My only true complaint would be that there is no food or drink service poolside- if you want a bite or a drink you have to dry off, put on a coverup and head inside the lobby to order something to eat. The rooms are a-little dark as there are only two lamps and no other lights on the ceiling, and there was a giant red stain on our rug too. Bathroom was the best part of the room. Awesome shower that has great water pressure."
