Clean, friendly staff. But the self scan check in system is difficult for foreigners. Parking is 500 yen per day. Train station not too far away. Nothing else near the hotel except a huge electronics store.

It was a very simple, lovely hotel, with very kind staff and amazing breakfast. Never thought having Yakisoba for breakfast is an option though but now I'm a new convert. Haha

Staff may bite
Good hotel but rude and absolutely not-client-oriented staff. They are helpless, do not understand a single word in English and will kick you out of dining hall with shouting and waving hands if you come 5 minutes earlier for a breakfast.

ホテルは綺麗で、スタッフも明るく挨拶を忘れない感じの良いホテルでした。 気になる点は、 ①寝巻きが１サイズしか無い。少なくても、男女２サイズは用意して欲しい。 ②朝食バイキングのおかずが少ない。定番おかずの、納豆、梅干、ヨーグルトは欲しかった。 ③部屋に荷物の置き場が少ない。出来れば棚などが有れば良かった。 以上、これからも、良いホテル経営目指して頑張って下さいね!

ホテルは綺麗で、駐車場がいっぱいでもきちんと案内してくださり、大変感謝でした。彦根駅という土地柄に不満を持っても仕方がないと思うのですが、周りに「彦根らしい」「滋賀らしい」みたいなものは全然ありません。（国道沿いにあるようなチェーンのレストランは何軒かあります）ビジネス宿泊なら全然問題ないと思います。朝食はきちんとお皿に乗せて選べるバイキング形式で、パンも美味しかったです。

車がフロント前に横付け出来ない。 部屋のエアコン真下に時計が配置されていたがマッチされていない。壁が薄いのか離れている部屋から子供の騒いでる声が深夜までもろ聴こえて来てゆっくり出来なかったし朝食が粗末だった。

清潔でスタッフさんの対応も気持ちよかったです。壁が薄いようで、深夜に、飲んで帰ってきたであろう隣の部屋の声が丸聴こえで寝れませんでした。時間帯を考えて声の音量配慮していただきたいものです。 チェックアウト時に駐車券の案内が無く、ゲートまで行って出れず、一度戻る事になったので、案内があると良いかと思いました。

キレイで快適でした。夕食する場所は西口側の方が多いけど近い距離で不便さはない。朝食の時間帯によると思うけれど、人が多くて空の品も幾つか（味噌汁やパンなど）あって無料なので何も言えないところだが、改善して欲しいと思いました。

スタッフの方々の対応もよく、お部屋も綺麗で良かったです。朝食も美味しかった。飲み物の前に食事を取る人が並んでいて飲み物が取りづらかったので、置く場所か、人が並ぶ場所の工夫をして欲しい。駐車場は早いもの順で止めれなかったのは残念でした。近くの駐車場を数カ所案内され、空いていてよかった。
