3,509 sq feet! This home has many wonderful amenities which include full sized hot tub, sauna, and a workout area with full bench and weights from 5lb to 50lb. There are 4 newly remodeled bathrooms with luxurious showers and 6 bedrooms that are very spacious and cozy. The living room includes a Skyline Stove fireplace that is amazing to enjoy on rainy or snowy days. We are very pet friendly! The house sits on 1 acre of land that is private and allows for late evenings and party’s without worrying about being too loud or noise complaints. I know how it is! Perfect for parties and family vacations! The house features top of line brand new Bullfrog Spa that has a 10 person capacity, and also brand new Sunlighten infrared Sauna that is amazing to relax at the end of the day. The house has beautiful shaded front lawn to play and enjoy the outdoors, with picnic table and views. There’s also shaded patio with out door seating to enjoy beautiful sunsets here in southern Utah! Very nice BBQ grill comes with the space. For parking there is TWO Full sized concrete pads that can fit up to 10 vehicles or more. Comes with two 2018 Honda Recon four wheelers for exploring Zion Backcountry! The four wheelers are an extra fee, but are highly discounted compared to competitor rates, and numerous trails are accessible right from the house. Also fifth wheels are welcome to park next to house as there is enough room. This house also comes with netted outdoor trampoline if some family members want to sleep and enjoy the amazing Stargazing this area has to offer! If you have any more questions feel free to inquire!
