Main Level:

Kitchen:
The main level is equipped with a fully functioning kitchen which includes:
a refrigerator, 2 ovens, 6 burner gas stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, KitchenAid, blender, toaster, 12-cup coffee maker, slow cookers, 1 griddle, grilling utensils, electric kettle, and eating and cooking utensils.

Dining:
The dining area includes a rectangular 8-person table and 5 barstools on the kitchen island, seating up to 13 people.

Sunroom: The open concept kitchen and dining lead into the sunroom, which has two large sectional couches - ideal for groups to lounge and spend quality time together.

Office: The office on the main level has two desks. One desk has an open area for guests to bring their own office setup up. The other desk is equipped with a computer, keyboard, mouse, desktop, and printer.

East Bedroom: The bedroom on the east end of the house has a king size bed, Smart TV, a lounge area that can be used as a full-size bed, and a full bathroom. The bathroom includes a shower and vanity.

Bunkbed Room: The bunkbed room on the west end of the main level has two bunk beds, Smart TV, and a half bath just off the hallway.

Upper Level :

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom on the upper level has a king size bed, Smart TV, large couch for lounging, and fold out bed for extra sleeping arrangement. The master bathroom has a gorgeous surround shower and double vanity.

Jacuzzi Room: Just off the master bedroom is the jacuzzi room with a tub and SmartTV.

Gym: The gym has a free weight set, Treadmill, punching bag, and mini-fridge, along with the option to exit to the backyard balcony.

Basement:

Theater: The theater room has a full-wall projector, surround sound system, raised leather couches, and rocking chairs for extra seating. The projector system can log into your favorite streaming service using the remote.

Kitchen: The basement kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker, sink, and seating for 4.

Game Room: The game room has a SmartTV, arcade games, arcade basketball, foosball table, bean bags, and a couch for seating.

East Bedroom: The bedroom on the east end of the basement has a king size bed, closet, and private bathroom. That bathroom has a large bath tub, a shower, and vanity.

West Bedroom: The bedroom on the west end of the basement has a king size bed, closet, and bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower setup.

South Bedroom: The bedroom on the south end of the basement has a queen size bed, a fold down futon, and extra bedding. There is also a ductless split system in this room and the theater.

Hall Bath: The basement hall bath is modest with a shower and vanity.


Other things to Note:
Grocery Store: Bee's Marketplace is the local grocery store servicing the Hildale Valley and it's a 10 minute drive from the house. Outside the store is a Chevron fuel station, dog park, and RV parking/ cleanout systems. Inside the store are elaborate grocery/ dry good supplies, as well as a Beans & Brews, Arctic Circle, and Delicatessen.

Hardware Store: Basic American Supply is the local hardware store offering everything from lumber to camping supplies to gardening tools to gift items.


Restaurant Options:

- Edge of the World Brewery is a 5 minute drive from the home. This small town nano-brewery offers carefully crafted brews, an intimate atmosphere, and good times. Delicious food is provided by the neighboring business, Berry Knoll Pizza.

- Sweet Sage Cafe is a local cafe specializing in perfectly roasted coffee and deliciously breakfast/ lunch foods.

- Brother's Bistro is a drive-up bistro serving fried food items. Outdoor seating and restrooms are available.

- There are two drive-up coffee shops available, both with incredible coffee/ breakfast selections.
