Beautiful place with kindly and very friendly staff. Very helpful. Call the hotel before then they can arrange a cheaper transport.

Mat look good but...

The property must've looked stunning when built, but years of neglect show noticeably. Staff is very friendly but I think they're not very expert in running an accommodation as a business, so it was a lot of hit and miss. The owner must be obsessed with Versace, as everything has been marked with a fake Medusa logo, which more than classy looks tacky (but that's personal taste). The property is very far from everything and only accessible through a narrow scary road, so once you're in you're unlikely to be wanting to leave again. WiFi is way too weak to even check Facebook and only fee rooms have Netflix. Food is lovely but dinner are way overpriced. Location is very nice and secluded. Katerina who is there for a few weeks more is amazing! All in all, I think it is overpriced for what it is. Or the property should make that but if an effort to turn the place around.

Fantastisk beliggenhed

Først må vi fremhæve kokken på stedet - Han sørger for at man er i de bedste hænder og næsten alt kan han hjælpe med. Lige bag hotellet er et vandfald og smuk natur og dyreliv. Hotellet er en ægte autentisk bjerg oplevelse.

Scam - the room with a private pool doesn’t exist

We booked a room with a private pool but when we arrived the room was located on the 1st floor without a private pool. It turned out the ‘private pool’ was a shared pool on the ground floor with the room below ours. It clearly stated a private pool when we made the reservation and I went back afterwards to double check if it said a shared pool anywhere - but it didn’t. Also the pictures were very misleading of the room next to the pool as we happened to get a room on a higher floor where you couldn’t see the pool at all. So they basically sold us a room with a private pool that didn’t exist.
