Allen Gulch Cabins is located on the outskirts of Hill City, the heart of the Black Hills. The perfect location that is close enough to walk to dinner but still in the woods with deer walking between the cabins. Cabin 2 is part of a duplex with Cabin 1. Each side is identical and has its own shower, full bathroom, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, TV(basic Cable), wifi, Heat, AC, queen bed and a couple of chairs with a desk. There is1 assigned parking spot in front of the cabins but there is a large empty lot for trucks and trailers across the street. Behind the cabins is a shared fire pit, patio, tables, chairs and a couple arcade games for the kids. At Allen Gulch Cabins you are a short walk to Alpine Inn restaurant, 1880 train, Mickelson trail, Lost Cabin Brewery and only a short drive to Mt Rushmore, Crazy horse, Sylvan Lake, Needles highway, Custer, Sheridan Lake and so much more.

Great location and great Host

Our cabin was only two blocks from downtown Hill City. Nestled in the hills amongst the wild life. The deer wandered around the Cabins as if they were pet's. Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park was amazing and just a short drive from the cabin. aforbetter host

These cabins made this trip to the hills one of our favorites. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere! We made a ton of friends at the patio/fire pit area that made the trip even better. We will definitely be back, especially to visit Maggie again!
