This lovely town home is within walking distance to downtown Hill City; yet privately situated with plenty of room to unwind. Being just minutes to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and millions of acres of Black Hills National Forest, makes this a great place to relax after a long day of site seeing. If you're in the area for adventure, this home is right by Deerfield Road, which will take you to miles and miles of Forest Service roads, ATV/UTV/snowmobile specific trails, Deerfield Lake for fishing, and hiking in the Black Hills National Forest. Guests will love this two level home featuring a full gourmet kitchen, double car garage, laundry facilities, BBQ grill, and covered deck.



    The Prospector is located in a beautiful tree surrounded neighborhood with views of the downtown and access to the Mickelson Trail with zero gravel to the home. There is also a little lake within walking distance of the Prospector with fish in it, Sheridan Lake is 5 miles away for more fishing, and Custer State Park is 12 miles away. With everything so convenient in one lovely package, it's perfect for your Black Hills vacation!



    Please Note:

    No RV's or campers are allowed to be parked in this neighborhood at any time. There is also no off street parking in this neighborhood. All vehicles must be able to park in the garages or on the concrete in front of the garages. This home also has a parking spot for trailers next to it. Ask us about additional parking if needed.



    If you have a larger group or reunion, you can also reserve the Gold Mill which is the attached town home for $50 off per night. It also sleeps 8 people and has the option for an adjoining deck space.
