"The staff were amazing and incredibly friendly — from the porter to the front desk, right through to the beautiful breakfast service. The waiters were attentive, and the ever-smiling chefs truly made the experience special. I was, however, a bit concerned about the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom. The shower glass and walls need more attention. In areas with aluminum joints, I would suggest using a toothbrush to remove the black buildup. The rails could also be wiped down properly to restore that desired shine. Nothing makes a hotel room feel more comfortable than a spotless bathroom.” "
