"We stayed at the hotel last year and had a wonderful, spacious room with canal view. This year, I booked a regular room and was disappointed as soon as I opened the curtain to a view of vents and walls. The pool and hottub were both out of order, which is disappointing when you boik a5-star hotel and really look forward to a spa day. The staff was very nice, and I would recommend the restaurant. The Amrath is very conveniently located, 2 blocks away from Centraal and 3 blocks from the Red Light District. I would stay here again but book a room with a canal view."
