"This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!"

Unresponsive staff they don’t know how to speak customers even their property manager Mr. Lalit was so rude with us . If I paid for Deluxe Double room so they can’t force me to stay in single room. The guy told me to cancel my booking when I reached there. But thanks to Treebo customer care guy who helped me to get my room there . I want an action against there manager he can’t...

"The rooms were very clean and spacious. The view from the property is just too good. Swimming pool was very small and food was ok. But would definitely recommend this for anyone to stay for couple of days to visit Nainital. The trekking experience was just too good."
