2A2J Barn pool Getaway 9 miles to WEC

Beautiful 2 bedroom fully equipped apartment in its own unique barn space. Enjoy a king or queen bed with full bath shower, see through fireplace, washer/dryer, full kitchen, living room tv with Roku controller...Amazon prime, WiFi.
Outdoor private space with pergola, fire table and fountain for relaxing.

A sauna with full bath can be enjoyed by guests year-round. It is located on the side porch which is attached to the main house and off the pool deck but has its own private entrance, door code and complete privacy for guests.

Enjoy the heated pool May through mid-October, poolhouse, ping pong table, corn hole, fire pit for warmth or roasting S’mores.

We are 9 miles from WEC.

***NOTE: outdoor amenities are shared with other guests if there are any from our other rental on property: S&K Getaway
Pool closes at 11:00 pm. Diving board weight limit is 250lbs.

*** If booked guests invite family/ friends to visit, there must be approval first by owners of property. Non-booked guests are to leave the property by 10:00 pm. There is a $25/person additional fee/day (up to 3 people ) for use of the pool for non booked guests. This fee must be paid before arrival of booked guests and is non-refundable.

Very clean and beautiful lodging with excellent amenities. You can tell there was a lot of thought and care that went into making sure guests felt welcomed and cozy. We had a wonderful stay.

Nice Escape

We visited this little hideaway with my son's in-laws to celebrate the wedding and get to know them a bit better. The location is remote and quiet, but that was great for us. We also enjoyed access to the pool on a hot July day. This is a nice, clean and comfortable place on the edge of a cornfield.

The perfect farm cottage.

I stayed with my 2 daughters, ages 8 and 10, for a weekend and we could not have asked for more. The barn had everything we needed and was so well decorated and charming. We spent hours in the pool, went biking on the nearby Clinton-Fayette Friendship trail, swung on the tire swing, and read books on the chaises by the fountain. And, oh my god, were tge beds comfortable! Already thinking we'd like to return next year. This place is a gem!

Very nice place

Very beautiful & spacious location, converted to a local grocery…and quiet! The pool was especially nice ( since it was 90 degrees +) and helped to make our stay more enjoyable! Although we experienced an unexpected hurdle, the VRBO host was VERY accommodating, the air conditioning quit working. Anna handled the situation like a pro, quickly calling on experienced H/C technician to address the issue. She also handled it promptly & professionally (with kindness), brought fans to keep us comfortable in the meantime. We had air conditioning the SAME NIGHT! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in the vicinity…wonderful place to stay!

Relaxing stay, peaceful surroundings

We stayed for 3 days and even though the weather was touch & go, we still really enjoyed ourselves. The property was everything we expected, the pool was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside on the chaise lounges, reading books or watching everyone enjoy the pool. Excellent getaway! Would stay here again (this was actually our 2nd time here!).

A great Weekend!

The property was just as advertised and was perfect for our weekend getaway. While we did not go over and enjoy the pool due to our busy schedule, the "barn" was very nicely done and perfect for our two couples to enjoy some quiet evenings and to relax on the patio.

Amazing stay!

This was an excellent place to stay. Karen has gone above and beyond to ensure the comfort of her guests. We had absolutely everything we needed while staying for the weekend. The pool, which looked very inviting, will have to be tried on our next visit as it was too cool this weekend for swimming. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful place to us!
