This is pretty good pace to stay. Even though it falls into the category of an older Motel it was clean room was big enough and for the price based on the other places around it was a good deal.

Everything was clean. Everything was simple. Its in a good location Everything is only a cupl minute away. An if you want to go to the city like Dayton or Cincinnati ther only an hr at most. Staff is vary friendly also. Overall it's a decent place an its cheap.

I have stayed here several times. I am very happy with the friendly staff. They are helpful opening doors when your arms are full! The previous time I stayed I was helped to get the cart out the door and they helped load my things! My room has always been very clean. Breakfast is continental, but convenient for my early morning appointments---I need quick and easy. My dog accompanies me, as she is either showing or I am selling my wares at dog shows. I will be a repeat customer for a very long time. The people who run this establishment really do care.

the hotel room was nice and clean..ample parking and good location ..the breakfast was disappointing..no yoghurt waffles or eggs..the cereal was not very good..there were bananas ..the coffee was weak..upgrade the breakfast and then its a pretty good place to stay..had a pool too

Friendly service, clean room !

The hotel greeter/ check in person was very friendly. And able to answer some general questions i had! Although this is an older hotel, my room was very clean. I was very pleasantly surprised to come back to my room after the first night to see me room and been cleaned and restocked, many hotels no longer offer that service unless you are there several days.

Royalton Inn

The room had enough space for two people. Love that it had an overstuffed chair and we didn’t have to always lay on the bed. Desk chair also . The shower curtain would not stay closed. Liked the tv channels-good variety to watch. Yoghurt would have been good at breakfast!!!

The internet Wi-Fi wasn't good! Free breakfast was limited and not as pictured . Front desk was friendly along with the cleaning guy. It could use some overall updating. I would stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised by this property! It is tucked away in a corner of an area that I frequent but had never noticed the hotel before! The bed was fine enough and the shower was hot with great water pressure! Be aware that there is no elevator, only stairs, up to the second floor, so if accessibility is an issue you may want to request a room on the first floor. Breakfast was pretty sparse and the room was not the cleanest, but overall a good experience and would stay here again.

Hotel Review

The hotel was clean but a little rundown. Pool looked clean and inviting. Doors to the hotel did not lock. The door to our room did not automatically close. Drawers on the dresser kept sliding open. When they asked if we minded a second floor, he didn;t tell us there was no elevator. No ice machin e on second floor. Continental breakfast was sad. No prepared hot food. Just pancakes you put in the toaster. No yogurts. 2 choices of dry cereal. For the price, not bad. Bed comfortable. Hot water good. Did not hear people coming in or out. We were right next to the stairs.

A bit disappointed.

What you would generally expect from an inexpensive in. The room was clean. The beds were made. There were towels and toiletries. There was a mini fridge in a microwave, and a coffee maker has advertised, but there was no elevator, which was a bit hard for me getting luggage up and down, the free breakfast was just packaged sugared sweets, like hostess cupcakes, powdered donuts and poundcake slices. The juice almost tasted carbonated like it was old and there were no hot or refrigerated items available. We did get what we paid for the room was very inexpensive, and it was cleaned the first night of the two nights. We were there although they did not restock the tissues, the shower drain was broken and needed to be held down with your foot while you were showering to be able to let the water run out. All in all, I might stay there again in a pinch if there was nowhere else to stay, but will be looking elsewhere next time.
