"Als wir ankamen stellte sich heraus, dass unsere Hotel.com Buchung nicht angekommen war. Die Rezeptionistin war überfordert und es dauerte eine Stunde, bis das Problem geklärt werden konnte. Insgesamt ist die Wutzschleife in die Jahre gekommen. Stilistisch überladen mit Wellness-Tünneff. Kein klares Konzept. Modernisierung wäre dringend nötig."
