The was staff was friendly, the room was clean and very comfortable. Had fun and the pool. I enjoyed the breakfast. everything was wonderful.

Great location , they were short staffed and did not service most of their breakfast items . It was quiet and everyone was nice . Easy check in and check out . Felt safe .

Toilet seat was loose, only a couple of handicap accessible rooms which were taken, need more. General cleanliness could be better.

The customer service was excellent. The refrigerator in our room did not work. There were bugs inside of the light fixtures in the bathroom as well as in the entryway entrance into the bedroom and the bathroom had a lot of rust.

Only negative about stay was the A/C unit. Temp in room goes 2 to 3 degrees above set point before coming on. Continuos fan was not working as well.

The room we were in was just inside the side door on the first floor. Every time someone came in or out, the draft caused our room door to bang. We were wakened at 5 am and the traffic in and out that door was ridiculous. Only got about 5 hours sleep and we were on a long trip. When I complained to the front desk, she said that door was just repaired. I told her it hadn't solved the problem
