2br 1.5ba Hilton Head Island Condo 7 nights May 29-June 5

Renting out my 2 bedroom (1 bedroom plus loft bedroom), 1.5 bath timeshare on beautiful Hilton Head Island. A block from the ocean, across the street from shopping, restaurants, grocery, pubs, and more. Hilton Head is one of the most beautiful vacation spots in the country. Many golf courses on the island, bicycle rentals, and other fun activities. You can walk to almost everything from my condo!

The Resort has free WI-FI in each Condo and at each of the Pool Areas.

My condo has a full kitchen and there is a grocery store across the street if you like to prepare your own meals. There is 1 parking space in the parking lot adjacent to the building for your vehicle.

There are 3 Swimming Pools on the grounds, one of which is heated, an outdoor Hot Tub, 2 Tennis Courts & a Coin Operated Laundromat. Guests have access to a third pool & deck overlooking the Beach, here you will find a junior Olympic size Pool, Kiddie Pool, Snack Bar (Seasonal) & Restrooms.

There is a courtyard area with shuffleboard, gas and charcoal grills, picnic tables, gazebo, corn-hole & a playground for our little friends. On site there is also an activity center where books, games and various other items can be signed out.

Sea Crest Surf & Racquet Club provides all linens, kitchen towels, 2 sets of bath towels in each bathroom, trash bags, toilet paper, coffee filters, bar soap and detergent for the dishwasher. You are responsible for anything else(pool/beach towels, shampoo, etc.). You may pay for a change of towels if you like or wash them during the week in the laundry room on site. Everything that you find in the condo except the soap and paper products must remain in the condo after you leave. The condo association will bill you for anything missing after you leave.

No pets. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.

Check-in Saturday, May 29 4pm-5pm, Check-out Saturday, June 5 by 10am. $139/night
If you will be checking in after normal hours (May 29 from 4-5pm), you may call the office ahead to schedule 'after hours' check-in up until 12:00 am (midnight). If you arrive after 12:00 am (midnight) you will have to wait to check in the next business day when the Office opens at 9 am.

Hilton Head Island

It was a wonderful trip! The condo was exactly as described. Conveniently located in walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Parked the car and walked many of the days we were there. The owner was very easy to work with.
