Racquet Club Villa 2330 is a one bedroom condo located just a short walk from Harbour Town in Sea Pines, HILTON HEAD ISLAND'S PREMIERE BEACH AND GOLF RESORT. The villa features:

• Lagoon View Condo in Sea Pines on the Heron Point Golf Course
• 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathrooms that Sleeps 4
• Square Feet: 660
• Private Balcony
• Complex Swimming Pool (not heated)
• Complex Tennis Courts
• Bedding: King bed & Queen Sleeper Sofa
• 2 Flat Screen Televisions
• 2nd Floor Condo – Accessible by 13 Stairs (no elevator)
• Wireless Internet, Cable TV and Washer & Dryer

The living room has a large flat screen TV, as well as access to the private deck that overlooks the lagoon on Heron Point Golf Course. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Keurig coffee maker, and opens up to the dining room. Additional amenities include wireless internet and a private washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a luxury mattress on the king bed and a TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping area. This particular condo is located on the second floor, which is accessed by stairs.

Racquet Club Villas are located on the Heron Point golf course, very close to the shopping, dining and marina activities in Harbour Town. This complex offers an outdoor swimming pool and on-site clay tennis courts. Racquet Club guests may either take a short drive to the beach or catch the complimentary Sea Pines beach trolley (seasonal). Beach Access Information: Guests often access the beach via the Sea Pines Beach Club, which offers restaurants, a beach bar and restroom facilities. The Beach Club is free to use, but in May 2018 Sea Pines implemented $10/day parking fee during the summer (Memorial Day – Labor Day); you can still access the Club by bicycle or Trolley for free (seasonal). An alternative “free” beach parking option is Coligny Beach Park - located outside the back gate of Sea Pines. Coligny has restrooms, changing rooms and a fun splash pad for kids.

Sea Pines is the largest and best known of the Island’s vacation destinations, this 5,000-acre resort includes the Harbour Town Links of the RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners. Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.

Sea Pines stay, great value!

Great location. You can easily walk to the lighthouse. The condo is a great value. They recently repaired some sheet rock, resulting in some sheet rock dust in the bathroom. The bed is very nice and a nice view off the back deck.

Great location

The location is excellent with plenty to do within walking or bicycling distance. Miles of beautiful paved bike/walking trails, very nice restaurants, the ocean, great golf etc. The condo was very clean and had all one would need for a lengthy stay. We were there for 10 nights and truly enjoyed our time............

Our first visit to Hilton Head - was amazing Location and cycling trails perfect - beach was awesome- seating at rental was less than ideal - but overall a very good holiday - rental location needs some time ups for sure but should be easily addressed if owners bothers

Perfect for what we needed it for.

We came in town to go to a wedding and play golf. The rental we stayed at served our purpose and everything was in walking distance, which made it nice.. the property was budget friendly but could’ve used a little updating. But all in all a good experience.

Great for a small family

We loved our long weekend at this property. The view from the porch is 5 stars alone. It is a very clean and comfortable spot, close to everything we love in Hilton Head. Great for a small family, especially if you’re bringing a travel crib for a little one. Plenty of room to set it up in the bedroom and enjoy a little tv before calling it a night yourself.

Wonderful Stay

Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, beautifully maintained, upstairs quiet condo within a very short distance from Harbour Town. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner so we could save on going out to eat. We visited the Hilton Head Distillery, the Coastal Discory Museum, and the Lighthouse Museum during our stay. Highly recommend!

Quiet and homey trip

This condo to be really pleasant and quiet! It was really clean and we found the little touches to be nice. It is definitely a bit of an older property, but it honestly made it feel more homey. We were able to access Harbour Town really easily and rent bikes to explore the rest of the island with ease. I appreciated all of the communication from David and he didn't leave me with any unanswered questions. Thanks so much, we will definitely come back!

Perfect for attending a wedding

The property was exactly as described. The proximity to the wedding events was amazing! It is always nice to have room to spread out, not just a small hotel room. The condo complex was quiet and well maintained. The unit we stayed in could use some updating but that did not affect our stay.

Short NYE trip

Condo is what we expected from the Racquet Club Villas. A bit roomier than other one-bedrooms. Short walk to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center. We cook in most days, and stove didn't function day 1, but repairman came day 2 and got it working. Gate pass into Sea Pines was supposed to be waiting for us, but we ended up having to purchase one (still hoping for reimbursement on that). We were there over New Year's, so communication was pretty timely for a holiday period.

Needs alittle updating

The condo was in great proximity to everything. We road bikes everywhere and going out to dinner was always a short drive. The Condo needed some updating, and a few drywall repairs and paint would be nice. There was a hole in the bathroom drywall next to the toilet. All in all a very nice condo just could use alttle updating. Thanks for letting us stay.
