This beautiful villa has been completed renovated from top to bottom and offers breathtaking ocean views! As you enter the villa, there is a powder room on the left and the newly renovated kitchen is to your right with a breakfast bar that comfortably seats 2. The open floor plan is airy and bright due to the views that look out to the pool and ocean. The beautiful farmhouse table in the dining area seats 6. The artwork, light fixtures and accessories throughout will make you feel like you have truly made the right choice for your beach getaway! The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has new wood floors, king bed and mounted SMART TV. The new master bathroom has tile floors, double vanity and brand new walk-in shower.
This is the perfect villa for a romantic couple’s getaway!

Visitors will enjoy the large covered balcony, whether sipping a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a cool glass of lemonade in the afternoon. Barrington Arms offers a large oceanfront pool, hot tub, and covered charcoal grilling area, along with elevators and a covered parking garage.
