  • Courtside 110 is a 3 story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, one flight above street level. The top floor is a large master suite. Courtside is next to the world famous Van Deer Meer tennis center and 1.5 blocks from the beach. A special membership is included to Courtside guests, 1 hour of tennis privileges per day. This community has 2 pools on-site to use, and the courtyard features a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. Parking is directly in front of each condo, with additional spaces surrounding the building. Courtside is located in south forest beach, just 1/2 mile from the Coligny circle. Several shops and restaurants are nearby. This is a great location for all island activities. There is a King in the master, queen in the guest bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd.
