Newly furnished 2 BR, 2 BA with Queen Sleeper, comfortably sleeps 6. This unit has a screened in patio with a view of the lagoon and partial view of Port Royal Sound. Flat screens, Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen are included for your enjoyment.

Just 100 yards and you're on the water enjoying the magnificent views, walking on the natural beach or enjoying the sunrise/sunset from the pier. Relax on one of the swings or have a cookout on the large, open deck. The wide variety of Water Fowl and Sea Shells will certainly enhance your stay. You can also fish along the shoreline.

The property has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool, which includes a hot tub/spa and workout room. There are also 3 tennis courts for your use. The 24 hour security will make you feel safe and comfortable during your vacation. The Spa does not have an elevator but it's only two flights of steps to the condo. There is a one time parking fee of $25.00.

Anniversary Getaway

Property is right on Port Royal Sound. Beautiful trees and birds to watch while you enjoy your morning coffee. Quiet area to relax.

Hidden Gem

First time visiting Hilton Head. This location was really neat and interesting. Seeing all the wildlife there was amazing. Caught a few fish and just loved being out on the sand bar. My son enjoyed every bit of it. There was even a bald eagle that hung around while we fished. The condo was perfect for us. Everything we needed was right there.

This was a great place to stay. Had a little trouble figuring out the tv, but other than that was a fantastic place. Close to the beach, clean, safe area. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Restful stop

Great to walk the beach - only 1/2 block away. Indoor hot tub felt good when it was cool outside. Going up 30 steps not fun but good exercise!

Perfect location

The place was great and in the perfect location! We were able to go to the beach at least once a day. We were not far from either savannah or Beaufort which we visited both during our trip. The place had everything we needed.

Great little getaway!

View of the lagoon was fantastic! Location to beach and pools was great. Margaret was responsive and helpful when we had an issue with the washing machine. Beautiful area and all the beds were comfy. Bathrooms could use a little makeover but overall we were pleased!

Great Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The outdoor pools are great. We really enjoyed looking around the sound at low tide for little crabs and found 2 sand dollars. The sound at low tide during sunset is beautiful. Would stay again.

Very nice stay

The condo is well equipped for a family of 4. We had a great time exploring the island. We enjoyed taking morning walks along the beach. The indoor pool and hot tub was really nice during our Nov visit. Margaret was a great host. She was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Our small children really enjoyed the screened in porch and we spent a lot of time out there. The condo was perfect for us! Margaret went above and beyond to accommodate us when the washing machine wasn’t working properly. She was also very helpful in giving us suggestions for bike rentals and things to do. We can’t wait to come back!

Quiet Hilton Head beach and condo

The condo has very comfortable furniture with a kitchen that is stocked with all of the essential plates, silverware, glasses and cooking utensils. The location is fabulous as the beach is not crowded and is much more interesting than most beaches on Hilton Head as it is on the sound and has lots of interesting estuaries within easy walking distance. Lots of sea birds including two bald eagles, as well as sea grasses, oyster beds, rocks and more..

We love the Spa at Port Royal!

This was our second stay at the Spa at Port Royal. This was a different unit but the property overall is awesome. We found hermit crabs, horseshoe crabs and even a Bald Eagle on the beach during our stay. Absolutely great! If we had an area we recommend improving it would be the addition of ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Otherwise, a fantastic stay and experience.

Relaxing Extended Weekend

Location is easy to get to and surrounding area is quaint. We enjoyed our visit and relaxed on the private screened in porch frequently. Condo could use a fresh coat of paint (including molding, doors and ceiling) and also new vents. It is such a cute and cozy condo that a little extra TLC would make quite an impression!

Nice property

We came for a short 2 day getaway. We actually left after 1 day due to the snow and ice coming in. Our visit was short, but we enjoyed our time there. This condo was clean and well appointed. There are a couple things that show its age, but nothing to detract from our visit. It is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, you will want to take that into consideration. This is an end unit, so it is next to the stairway which is convenient.

Home away from home

I would highly recommend this place. It was clean and well maintained. The landscape was beautiful towards the beach. Quiet and safe feeling. I loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and listening to the water fountain. So peaceful and relaxing. I was sad to leave. I will be back again some day.

Was a great location to get around and see things but the beach is not really a swimming beach. People swam but i wouldnt step foot in that water. If you do decide to swim being water shoes. It is a awesome place to see the sunset and sunrise!

Nice Place

This place has all the comforts of home. It's in a nice area of town. The gate keepers were friendly and helpful. The first day we arrived we had an issue with the TV and the host quickly resolved it. The only thing (like other reviewers mentioned) is the 2 flights of stairs you have to climb, but in all honesty, it's really not that bad. Just think of it as a short work out :D I would highly recommend!!

Great stay.

Very nice apartment, TV in master bedroom was sporadic on video, comes and goes. Very clean. Third floor with no elevator. No problem for us but could be for people having difficulty with steps, especially if you have a heavy suitcase. Well equipped and comfortable. Excellent location overlooking the beautiful lagoon, just steps from the beach.

This property is wonderful. It's an older property so there is a little wear and tear but nothing that really mattered. We fell in love the moment we walked through the door. We are already planning to make reservations for next summer. Shoot, maybe a Winter holiday as well. The grounds are gorgeous. Beach access is great and it's so relaxing to have a "private" beach. The only real negative thing I can say is there is no elevator and that made it hard for some in my family to go to our third floor room. So, keep that in mind if handicap access is a must.

Great location, steps to the beach.

We had a very nice time at this condo. The location is excellent, steps to the beach. There is a small fee for parking per day, but I appreciate a gated community with security at the gate 24/7. The condo is a little dated, and does have some wear and tear, but nothing that will ruin your stay. I did have to contact the owner Margaret, regarding the wifi. She answered immediately, and was very nice to speak with. She helped me through the issue, and informed me to contact her anytime. Plenty of clean towels, along with complimentary coffee. Bed was very comfortable and everything worked well. We will definitely stay at this condo again.
