CASPER mattress. New sleeper sofa.
Our second floor 1BR condo at HHIBT Resort (Ocean Villa A-225) is very close to the beach/pool. Our condo is ocean front across the front of the A building (no parking lot view). Marsh and Atlantic Ocean view!
Keyless Keypad door entry.
We will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. Extra disinfection will be used on items such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, remote control, etc... Towels & bedding are washed in HOT water between stays.
If you need more space, we also own the condo next door- A224.

Maximum guest 4. Because of condo being 540 square feet we recommend no more than 4 people.
One (1) parking pass is included with your rental fee. Additional parking passes are $25 each.

A great place to stay

The view from the condo is amazing. This was the 3rd time staying here and we plan to go back again. Everything is clean and the condo is well stocked to make the stay convenient. The owner keeps everything updated, there was some new furniture since our stay last year. The beach is great and we love that the property has pickleball courts.

Great remote work location!

I needed a place to work remote before my REAL vacation in St Simons Island GA, Being from NY this was a perfect spot! True ocean front location was able to work on the patio and see the sunrise every morning! Bikes to rent for only 50 a week RIGHT ON SITE! so many good restaurants in biking/driving distance.

Perfect Location

Our stay was awesome. The property was beautiful with the condo being quiet, clean and in a perfect location. Condo appeared to have been recently updated and was beautiful and super clean. New stainless appliances, comfy bed and beautifully decorated. Short walk to the beach on private boardwalk in a very secure area. 5 stars to the host as this was very accurately described in the listings. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Great property & experience!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The view was amazing. It was a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach. The unit was fresh, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including beach items. While the beach was busy, the resort area was quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend A225. Wonderful getaway spot!

This condo was perfect... It's been beautifully renovated, comfortably furnished and well stocked with everything needed for a nice beach weekend. The ocean view and interior is EXACTLY as shown in the pictures. Parking was plentiful, and both pool and ocean access were only a few steps away from the building. The unit owners were very cooperative when we had to adjust the dates around a family emergency too. We plan on returning soon and hope we can reserve this unit! You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Beautiful view

The condo has a beautiful view. As for us being 68 and 70, it was difficult to go up and down stairs to get where we wanted to go. If you took the elevator it was a long walk to the condo. It was also a walk to the beach. If you’re younger I think it would be a great place to stay. The owner was very nice and answered our questions very quickly.

Lorri was great to rent from helpful in anyway. My wife and I went for a 3 night get away. The condo is a 5 star. The condo has been updated with everything to make your stay great. It has everything you could ask for especially the location. You are ocean front and go out your door and your right there to go to the beach or the pool. The area was very peaceful. Sunrise views and the beach at your doorstep

As promised, the condo had great sunrise views from the patio and the boardwalk to the beach is practically at your doorstep. It was perfectly cozy for our small family and very well stocked for cooking simple meals. We had breakfast each morning on the patio to enjoy the sunrise views, and ate out for dinner each night since the place is really only has indoor “table” seating for 2 (and our 2 kids are too messy to eat with plates in their laps). Since the beach is right there and tracking in sand is inevitable, I also appreciate how clean it was on arrival and well stocked with enough towels and linens for all of us! We will definitely be back!

Great View

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a long weekend. It was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The view and proximity to the beach were awesome. The condo is small, but great for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen needs but there isn’t much room for cooking a big meal. As others have stated the building can be loud but it really didn’t bother us too much. We ate at the sports bar in the resort one evening, the food was just ok but the atmosphere was fun.
