Heart of Historic Bluffton BEST LOCATION, Charming Cottage THIS IS THE ONE

This quaint cottage is in the heart of it all. Close to family-friendly activities and nightlife, located on the main street of Bluffton SC on CALHOUN STREET. Park off street (1) space provided and walk everywhere. 2 blocks to the town dock and Church of the Cross too. There is a park behind the home as well as one block away. The home sits on 1/2 an acre of land with amazing oak trees.

Featuring a renovated bathroom, new living room couch that folds out into an extra bed, full kitchen with EVERYTHING including coffee maker, dishwasher, major appliances and ICE. Grill is provided along with access to laundry if needed. There’s a carport too if additional space is needed (shared with accessory unit).

Park and walk to restaurants, shops, bars and galleries. Located in the heart of Bluffton, 2 blocks to the town dock and the famous Church of the Cross. All of the pictures you see is within steps from the home. It's truly a one of a kind space and location.

You’ll love my place because of the light, the comfy beds and coziness of this home. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Fast WIFI and helpful property managers on call.

Try the Pearl next door for amazing dinner and drinks, or have breakfast at the Cottage across the street or coffee at Corner Perk at the top of the street. At the end of the street, just 3 blocks away, is the town dock great for watching sunsets. Park once and enjoy Bluffton and the lowcountry. 10 minutes to Hilton Head, 30 to Savannah or Beaufort, come and explore. Be sure to check out the Farmer's Market on Thursdays! We are happy to host you.

We also have a Tesla charging station in the garage for your convenience.

Our first visit to Bluffton. Beautiful area. House in great location. Walk everywhere in Old Town. House was spotless, plenty of amenities . Shops and restaurants at your finger tips. Kevin easily available. I would recommend.

Pleasant Stay in Bluffton

Cute cottage with a location that could not be better for staying in the charming town of Bluffton. Enjoyed sitting on front porch with our dog looking out at Calhoun Street! Very clean and host was easy to work with- will stay again!

Cannot beat the location!

This property really is in the perfect spot! My husband and I stayed here for Memorial Weekend, and were pleasantly surprised at the number of fantastic restaurants that were just steps away! We were also close to the river, where we were able to walk our pup in the mornings and evenings. The Pearl is right next door, and was the perfect place for an anniversary dinner while we were there. The property itself was clean and comfortable, particularly for two or a small family. We will definitely stay here again the next time we make it back to Bluffton!

Location is good. Lighting and outlets in the house are terrible. Cannot do serious work on computers. Needs to have a Keurig coffeemaker not old fashioned coffee pot - we had to get our own maker. If more than one vehicle, parking must be in the street as the tenant parking makes it difficult. Owner very responsive and answers questions quickly

Very pleasant

It is a great location. Other house on the property was extremely noisy Friday night. Otherwise all was well. They were quiet rest of weekend. I believe the boys had friends over. No one took the garbage out on Thursday night so garbage can pretty full.

Perfect location

We were in town for the arrival of our first grandchild. We know Bluffton pretty well since our daughter moved here 9 years ago. We thought that Calhoun St would be a good location, and we were right. Lots to do right outside your door. The neighborhood is just lovely, parks galore. May River close by. We had our dog with us and it helped to have such great areas to take him. Loved it. There is a very helpful neighbor next door and she was lovely as well.

In the middle of it all

We enjoyed our one-week stay in the middle of Old Town Bluffton in early March. The home is very well furnished and comfortable with lots of personal touches. It was clean and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and both weekly farmers' markets. The owner was responsive to messages, as well. Note: It helps to take side roads like Bridge Street to access the property on a busy traffic day. Recognize that you are in the middle of a busy tourist district, but things do quiet down by 10 p.m. The one thing that would make this property better would be more information on-site on how to access the laundry room, recommended things to do, and similar tips. I would stay here again if I was planning a return trip to Bluffton.

The location is outstanding; you can walk all over Old Town Bluffton from the house and never have to get back in your vehicle. It is not a luxury accommodation, but it is clean, comfortable, and ideal for a long weekend. The host was outstanding with communication. We would absolutely stay here again.

Check-in was easy. The cottage was located in Old Bluffton. Easily accessible to restaurants, the river and public pier, art galleries, shops, and the farmer's market. Kitchen facilities allowed us to prepare several meals for family. Beds were comfortable. Off street parking was great.
