Links 9B

The links is a quiet gated community in Port Royal Village. Our villa is a bright and comfortable one-story open floor plan condo that is on the fairway of the 7th fairway of the Barony Golf Course.

The Carolina room and the master bedroom look out on the golf course. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom, and a window seat. The third bedroom has twin beds and a full bathroom. Our kitchen is well equipped, and the laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer.

A gas grill is on the outdoor deck between the villa and the separate two car garage. The patio is a great place to eat outdoors. The two-car garage has the golf cart for trips to the beach. Beach chairs along with pool and beach toys are kept in the garage for your use.

The family room has a cathedral ceiling with a flat screen TV, DVD player, wet bar with a Keurig, and free Wi-Fi. Keyless front door entry allows you to drive directly to the villa upon your arrival.

The Islander Beach is a short ride in our private golf cart. The beach park has a playground and restrooms. The Links has a community pool which is close to our villa. Hilton Head has many tree lined paths for walking or bicycling. Our villa offers all the comforts of home in a wonderful vacation spot.

Parking is available for only two vehicles.

We are close to excellent restaurants, great shopping, tennis, short walk to the Westin Resort, cinemas, and of course Starbucks. Day trips to Savannah and Charleston are also excellent getaways.

Very nice property. Good location, short walk to the beach. Golf cart is a great addition to explore the nearby area. No beach towels provided so that would be a nice consideration to add in the future.

An awesome getaway

My family really enjoyed our time here! We are a Disney Vacation Club family, but couldn’t manage a reservation this summer at the DVC HHI resort. This was a lovely alternative. The golf cart made beach-going a breeze and house was the perfect size for our family of 6. The community was sweet, safe, and quiet. We would stay again!

Clean stress free stay

This rental is very clean , maybe too clean, we slipped a couple of times on the waxed floors! so be careful. Everything is well marked per the owners expectations of use so you have clear directions. We enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, beautiful windows letting in light, older living room furniture not the most comfortable but we were able to relax. Having the use of the golf cart was wonderful to go to the beach and all the things in the beach closet. Just be careful in selecting your chairs, there is a lot of rust on them, a pair of swim trunks were ruined by the rust that would nit come out. I’d recommend this place and location to those looking for a stay in the area.

We were very satisfied with our stay here. We found everything to be just as advertised. Check in and out was seamless. The house was clean and comfortable. It was actually larger than I anticipated. We had an AMAZING stay. Margie is so kind and easy to reach with questions. Her planning, check in information, and location of household items is thorough and very intentionally thought through. The house offers many luxuries so you can pack light while still enjoying the beach vaction to the fullest! Having a golf cart is an amazing addition that makes beach adventures that much more fun.
