It has a fully remodeled bath, upgraded kitchen and tasteful furnishings. First condo from the elevator for quick easy access to getting your toes in the sand. The angle on the balcony gives you a full view of the ocean. The complex features the biggest pool on the island with a fabulous view of the ocean. Hilton Head Island is a beach paradise, you will never run out of things to do. Amazing food, great weather all year round with all the comforts of home that will make your stay a memorable trip. This condo is ideal whether you plan to stay a week or a month or even longer. It is perfect for both adults and children. The resort has picnic areas, a grand playground for the kids, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and racketball. There is two onsite restaurants, a poolside bar as well as an ice cream bar for all to enjoy!! Enjoy sunrise with a coffee or sunset with a glass of wine on your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Or you can cozy up on the sofa to watch a movie on your flat screen smart TV in the living room.

PARKING INFORMATION:
Guest & Rental Gate Passes will be picked up at the Front Desk. There will be a Gate Pass Pick Up area to the right side of the Front Desk for guests. Guests should park their vehicles in the Convention Center Parking lot and come in the front lobby area to pick up their passes. Passes can be picked up daily. When the Front Desk closes for the evening guests will pick up their pass at the Security Gate

- Boat and trailer parking is also available.

Good for a couples stay

As an older condo on the island, it is still well maintained, and has good bones with it's proximity to the beach and pool. The condo is a bit tight for anymore than 2 people, and could use a little less furniture. This unit is close to the elevator--we biked a lot, and brought our bikes right up the elevator.

The condo was perfect for our stay at Hilton Head! It was just my husband and I. It had a beautiful ocean view. We had access to all the amenities we needed and it was in a good location for shopping and restaurants! We also had great communication with the hosts!

Christmas Get-Away

This condo was perfect for our stay on the island. Perfect proximity to the beach and pickle ball courts. It included everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Marko is a great host and communicates quickly. We will definitely look to book this condo again.

Quiet and clean

This is the best condo for a get away and a relaxing stay ! My fiancée and I loved the location. The Issac family communicated very well and gave us some great restaurants to try . We will be returning again !

A gem

The property was clean and comfortable. This unit is close to pool and being without being too close. Balcony is in the shade in the afternoon which really gave well needed escape from the sun. The staff in the resort were so happy and helpful. The host was really responsive and a joy to work with. Sweet place for the family.

This condo was very nice to stay in! We were very impressed that the host was thoughtful in accommodating our one night stay! The high table and stools were hard to use with our 2 year old. There were beach items available that we did not have a chance to use. There was space next to bed to fit a pack n play. We would stay here again as a couple.

Hilton Head 2023

Once again, this year my wife and I are planned a Summer trip, from NY to Hilton head island. We have family in Bluffton, about 15 minutes from the beach. We love the resort so we usually stay at the beach for half our trip. This place was perfect for our time at the beach. Beautiful 3rd floor view from balcony and a short walk to the beach. The king bed was comfortable and the extra air unit in the room was great. We will be asking to stay again next year!

There were some events that occured that were of no fault of the host. The host was extremely kind and accommodating. Excellent communication. Anytime I messaged, I had a very fast response. This was a very nice experience.

Great All Around!

This is a super property! It is clean, well maintained, well appointed, and in a great location. It has everything we needed and more! The view is great, the condo is near the elevator, and could not be more convenient. We have stayed at HHIBTR several times before and this is the TOP condo of all in which we have stayed. King bed is EXTREMELY comfortable!!! Finally, I cannot say enough about the host. I communicated with him several times and he was prompt and friendly even though he was out of the country on vacation himself. Bottom-line: we'll be back!!!

Discovered a few issue screen door broken. Blinds would not close leak under sink.Let owner know he will repair. Room located next to utility closet low humming noise was intermittent.

Black Cloud in Paradise

Was supposed to be in town for a long time friend's wedding. When doing our initial walk through of the unit we found beer bottle caps under the bed, dirty dishes and cups in the cupboards and to top it all off their were roaches on the dishware. There was also food left in the freezer, which we left in there. This set the tone for our stay and kind of ruined it. Contacted the owner moments after discovering all these discrepancies. Marko responded immediately and tried to do his best to get a hold of the cleaning people, and even offered a free bicycle rental to make up for the situation. As kind as that was and as punctual and engaging as he was to help rectify the problems, I feel this was Reactive and not Proactive. Being as we had reserved the room I feel the room should have been properly cleaned and inspected prior to us getting there. The maid showed up in the afternoon the following day, but because she took so long to reach us, we took matters into our own hands and went to the store and purchased roach spray. We reported the food in the freezer to her, as well as pointed out where we saw the roaches and where they ran off too. The unit also had not had it's monthly pest control visit yet either. Last time it was serviced was early February, its almost April. Pictures were sent to Marko to include pictures of the roaches in action. Disgusting.
